Compensation: Competitive salary + benefits We are seeking an experienced Supervisor of Clinical Services to lead and support our growing DME operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, operational oversight, staff leadership, and compliance management within the DME industry. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical and operational activities
- Manage and support both internal and external staff
- Ensure high-quality patient care and patient compliance
- Monitor and improve workflow efficiency and service delivery
- Assist with operational performance and P&L management
- Maintain compliance with industry and payer requirements
- Collaborate with leadership to support company growth initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the DME industry
- Nursing or Respiratory Therapy License
- Experience in sleep and/or respiratory services strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- Patient compliance
- Patient care coordination
- Staff management
- Operational oversight
- P&L responsibilities
- Experience with Brightree software is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
