Job Summary:

The Concierge will be responsible for greeting the residents, welcoming them to the building, and assisting them throughout their stay.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides outstanding customer service to all residents, visitors and vendors.
• Acts as the point of reference for the residents who need assistance or information.
• Understands the residents’ needs and provides them with personalized solutions or suggestions.
• Maintains inventory and stock of supplies and brochures for the concierge desks.
• Develops a strong knowledge of the building’s facilities and services and of the surrounding community.
• Supports the marketing and sales department with administrative tasks.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Proven experience as a concierge or customer service is an advantage.
