We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Client Relations Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and resolving technical issues.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the services
• Troubleshoot and resolve services issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
• Assist scheduling department as needed
• Provide phone interpretation between claimants and customers when needed
• Recruit independent contractors for areas requested by scheduling department
• Maintain independent contractors' records up to date
• Confirmation calls for facilities and injured workers
• Q&A calls
• Responsible for investigating occurrences and making detailed reports
• Help with parent and sister company

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Patience
• Work well under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must be flexible, able, and willing to cross-train in like departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Copilot (AI)
• Works well with others
