As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience and helping strengthen the bond between pets, their families, and our veterinary team. What We Are Looking For Our ideal candidate: Has a positive, friendly, and professional attitude Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills Communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and electronically Is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask Works well both independently and as part of a team Remains calm and compassionate during stressful situations Is reliable, flexible, and eager to learn Veterinary experience is preferred but not required Must be able to work a rotating Saturday schedule Responsibilities Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls and assist with client inquiries Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment flow Process payments and maintain accurate client records Educate clients on hospital services, preventive care, and follow‑up instructions Coordinate communication between clients and the medical team Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Support team members to ensure an exceptional client experience Why Join Magrane Pet Medical Center?
