Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, preferences, and challenges. \n
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that address clients’ specific issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. \n
- Provide remote counseling services via telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort for all clients. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and best practices, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. \n
- Collaborate with school personnel, families, and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to client care. \n
- Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, feedback, and evolving needs. \n
