A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide vital speech and language services across three buildings serving K-12 students. You'll make a difference each day, working collaboratively with a diverse group of students and educators.

This contract role offers the unique opportunity to support elementary, middle, and high school populations, with a caseload designed to maximize your impact and variety in your workweek. The position consists of 55 thirty-minute therapy sessions, with a balanced split between individual (16) and group (37) treatments, totaling 35 hours per week.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required
• Valid SLP Certificate (CCC preferred)
• Experience with K-12 students and diverse caseloads a plus
• Capable of managing a rotating caseload across multiple school buildings
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Enthusiastic about working in both in-person and potential virtual settings (SLPAs may support virtual delivery)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a mixed-age caseload
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, faculty, and families to support student IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Adjust interventions to meet individual and group needs
