Nurse Manager (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility Flandreau, SD | Full-Time Evergreen Healthcare Group Riverview Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Flandreau, SD . This leadership role partners closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and a supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Provide daily clinical leadership for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Promote high-quality, resident-centered care Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management Maintain survey readiness and adherence to state and federal regulations Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams Qualifications Active unencumbered South Dakota or Compact RN license Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience (SNF/LTC preferred) Strong understanding of skilled nursing regulations and best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills EHR experience and current CPR certification Why Evergreen Competitive compensation and benefits Supportive leadership and team-focused culture Opportunities for career growth within Evergreen Healthcare Rewarding work serving residents in a close-knit community Apply today to join us and make a meaningful impact in skilled nursing care.
