About us – Growing Oklahoma City Litigation Firm seeking an attorney with 0-3 years of experience. We are seeking a motivated attorney ready to work with a dynamic caseload defending Oklahoma companies, national product manufacturers, and Native American Tribes. Our Firm offers health and dental insurance, PTO, and a 401K matching program. Juris Doctor (JD) Required.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Duties and Responsibilities -
- Legal Research and Writing
- Fact Investigation, Witness, and Case Development.
- Depositions
- Mediations
- Pre-Trial Motions, Trials, Appeals
Skills and Qualifications -
- Critical Analysis and Issue Spotting
- Willingness to learn and utilize state and federal rules of procedure
- Ability to draft substantive and structured motions and reports
- Willingness to meet with clients and witnesses in person
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally effectively
- Admittance to the bar requirements in the region of jurisdiction
