Associate Attorney

Currently, we have an Associate Attorney opportunity with our top-rated AZ personal injury law firm client. The Associate Attorney responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Preparing legal documents and briefs. Conducting legal research and writing. Handling pre-litigation cases. Drafting legal documents. Participating in mediations and negotiations. Managing cases from inception to resolution. Required qualifications for the position include: At least 1 year of experience practicing law with a plaintiff personal injury focus. At least 1 year of experience practicing law in Arizona. At least 1 year of legal research experience. Current bar licensure in Arizona. Preferred qualifications for the position include: Strong academic credentials and employment history in related field. Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required. Pay Rate Range: $110,000+ and up annually, DOE Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
