Supply Chain Manager
Judge Direct Placement
The Judge Group is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a Part 145 / Part 121 repair Center in the Burbank, CA area repair station.
COMPENSATION: 125k to 135k plus bonus
RELOCATION: Yes (A small relo stipend will be offered for close by candidates needing assistance)
MUST HAVE: 5+ years in a 14 CFR Part 145 or Part 121 certified repair station
MUST HAVE: Strong Supply Chain, Vendor and team management skills
MUST HAVE: Experience leading a team and working directly with customers and vendors
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead all site-level supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, scheduling, and logistics
- Develop and execute supply chain strategy focused on cost reduction, lead time improvement, and productivity
- Manage inventory and procurement to ensure material availability and support production/repair operations
- Oversee repair scheduling and capacity planning to align workload, manpower, and parts availability
- Lead all logistics operations including inbound, internal, and outbound material flow
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with company standards and performance metrics
- Manage and develop supply chain teams across procurement, logistics, and scheduling functions
- Ensure customer requirements are met across safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years in a 14 CFR Part 145 or Part 121 certified repair station
- Strong Supply Chain, Vendor and team management skills
- Experience leading a team and working directly with customers and vendors
