Responsibilities tracking, trending and analyzes data to identify and improve processes related to Quality / Performance Improvement programs. makes daily rounds on nursing units and identifies areas of opportunity to improve patient outcomes. Generates reports, spreadsheets, charts and presentations as needed to assist in the Quality / Performance Improvement efforts. actively supports ongoing Joint Commission preparation including participation in Joint Commission Survey Ready Team, unit based audits, record reviews and tracers in coordination of and participation in mock surveys. Performs related duties as required Qualifications Required: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in patient care related field Experience: 3 years experience in healthcare or quality management Organization Description Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett is a 196-bed full service hospital located at 2986 Kate Bond Rd in Bartlett. Opened in 2004, the hospital provides an extensive offering of medical services including a 24-hour emergency room, critical care, cardiac care, oncology, urology, physical therapy and a 16-bed orthopedic/spine unit.
