This mid-sized hospital provides inpatient interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology services to a regional patient population. The facility maintains the clinical infrastructure and imaging resources necessary to support procedural radiology service delivery on an on-site basis. Clinical operations are structured to accommodate day shift coverage combined with call responsibilities.

The interventional/diagnostic radiologist will provide on-site inpatient coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with potential call availability during assigned coverage periods. Procedural responsibilities include BNB, interventional radiology, GI bleeds, and pulmonary embolisms; the ability to perform diagnostic fluoroscopy is preferred. Clinicians are expected to conduct diagnostic reads between procedures, including X-ray and ultrasound studies. APP support is available, with low-level procedures covered by the APP; clinicians can expect 7-12 procedures per shift. Coverage is primarily hospital-based with some outpatient work included.
