What You'll Do * Greet and assist patients with intake, including taking medical histories and recording vital signs * Answer phones and schedule patients with a friendly, can-do attitude * Perform basic life support and emergency procedures when necessary * Conduct X-ray procedures and handle imaging equipment properly * Assist patients with consents and paperwork, making the process feel simple and stress-free * Communicate clearly and confidently using medical terminology with patients and staff * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including insurance coding * Prepare exam rooms and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and ready * Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional, coordinated care * Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care with patience and clarity What You Bring * Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program * Proficiency in medication administration and current basic life support certification * Experience in emergency medicine or inpatient settings preferred * Familiarity with medical coding practices is a plus * Strong command of medical terminology relevant to patient care * Outstanding interpersonal skills — a warm, bubbly personality that puts patients at ease is a must * Strong multitasking abilities and a talent for staying organized in a busy clinical environment * A steadfast commitment to patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations * Ability to lift up to 150 lbs Why Join Groth Pain & Spine * $500 sign-on bonus * Opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, highly skilled clinical team * Access to cutting-edge technology and hands-on training * A culture that values compassion, energy, and genuine connection with patients Ready to Bring Your Bubbly Personality to a Team That Truly Cares?
