Position Overview:
Are you driven, innovative, and eager for meaningful work? Evergreen Agency Talent is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our team and help small businesses across the country thrive. This position is best for someone seeking part-time , flexible hours and a chance to excel.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize prior sales experience to reach out to small businesses and promote our recruiting services.
• Actively engage with potential clients to encourage them not only to sign up for our recruitment solutions but to see the long-term benefit of our recruiting process and approach.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress using our CRM systems.
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and foster relationships with prospective clients.
• Embrace and embody Evergreen's company culture, becoming an ambassador for our brand.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Ability to commute to DeWitt, MI for in-person training initially.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital tools and platforms (such as Google Drive, Click-Up, Slack, AI platforms, etc.)
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Able to accommodate 30 hours of work per week in a professional, remote setting. 
• Prior experience in or exposure to the insurance industry is a plus.
