Production Control Coordinator

Work Shift 1 - First Shift Job SummaryAre you the type of person who likes to work independently, who is adaptable to change, and is detailed‑oriented? In this role you will generate, sort, and release work orders and parts orders for production orders to the shop floor and parts bench. We’re looking for dedicated team members with a drive to make a difference. What You’ll Do Create and monitor work orders/transfer orders based on production schedule. Create work orders for parts bench and MRP; troubleshoot and commit inventory. Print shop packets and create production checklists; distribute to production lines. Order/monitor VIN tags and technical manuals for correct configuration and build month/year for all machines. Verify finished machine documentation, enter all information into I‑Warranty for each serial numbered machine. Data entry for central receiving picklists, weld shop packets, machine shop packets, and supermarket picklists. What We’re Looking For High school diploma with a minimum of two years of office/customer support experience or a combination of education and experience. Associate’s degree and MRP/ERP systems experience preferred. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize with demonstrated ability to produce accurate, professional, and error‑free documents in a timely manner. Ability to perform intermediate computer work including spreadsheet formulas and functions. Travel No travel is expected of this position. Work Location ONSITE: A team member’s day‑to‑day work is best done on a Vermeer campus. If work content can be occasionally completed at an offsite location, discuss potential arrangements with your manager.
