Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in Angular 13–16 and front-end development. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions. Retail Banking experience is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using Angular 13–16
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Design, and Backend teams
• Own end-to-end SDLC ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Mentor team members and promote best practices
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Stay updated with emerging technologies
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and security
• Coordinate with QA for comprehensive testing
• Maintain technical documentation
• Support strategic technology initiatives
