Joint Operations Readiness (Senior) (C) - S-Trig Location: Tampa, FL Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position TBA. The salary information is a general guideline only. Position Location: MacDill AFB, FL (On-site) About the Role: The Joint Operations Readiness (Senior) supports planning and execution of joint SOF training and readiness events, contributing to exercise design and operational integration. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established by the Government customer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support joint exercise planning and execution. Develop training scenarios and objectives. Coordinate across joint/interagency partners. Support readiness assessments and reporting. Experience Requirements 10+ years SOF experience. Former E-7+/CW2+/O-3+. 3+ years JTS experience. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree Other Required Skills & Abilities Exercise control (EXCON) experience (preferred). Training development and scenario writing (preferred). Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Security Clearance Requirements: Top Secret Clearance US Citizenship Requirements: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
