Also, you will make some great money. Starting at $15 per hour plus tips averaging $5.75 hourly , putting you at close to $20.75 per hour.

We're now hiring shift leaders for Fitchurg . We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who want to lead a winning team at our Jersey Mike’s store. If you enjoy working with people and love to develop others, we want you to help lead our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong customer service and lead by example
- Train and motivate team members
- Handle cash and ensure accuracy in all transactions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Lead shifts and set the tone for the team
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to hold yourself and others accountable
- Work closely with the Store Manager on daily operations
- Deep commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong work ethic and dedication to team success
- Must be 18 years of age or older
