Site Manager — Warehousing & Order Fulfillment

Bowling Green, KY | $85,000–$95,000 + up to 10% bonus | Full-Time | On-Site

The Opportunity

Bluegrass Supply Chain Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead warehouse and order fulfillment operations in Bowling Green.

This leader will own daily performance from receiving through shipping while developing supervisors, team leads, and hourly employees. Our operation serves nutraceutical and consumer goods customers, making accuracy, inventory integrity, lot control, and on-time fulfillment critical.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can drive results, develop people, and continuously improve operations.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping 
• Drive order accuracy, on-time shipment, productivity, quality, and cost 
• Lead labor planning, workflow, safety, and daily warehouse performance 
• Use WMS data, KPIs, time studies, and root cause analysis to improve operations 
• Maintain inventory accuracy, SOPs, and consistent processes 
• Coach and develop supervisors, team leads, and hourly employees 
• Build employee engagement, accountability, recognition, and career growth 
• Partner with customers and leadership to resolve issues and improve service

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience with direct order fulfillment responsibility 
• Experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, consumer goods, distribution, logistics, or 3PL 
• Knowledge of lot control and FEFO inventory practices 
• Proven ability to develop and advance employees 
• Strong WMS and inventory management experience 
• Knowledge of warehouse safety, inventory control, shipping, and receiving 
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain 
• Ability to work on-site in Bowling Green, KY

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and experience with Lean, continuous improvement, time studies, process audits, or root cause analysis.
