Employment & Self-Sufficiency Case Manager

A community service organization located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated individual to support residents in gaining self-sufficiency. This position involves conducting needs assessments, creating self-sufficiency plans, and facilitating connections to community resources. The ideal candidate should have an Associate's degree in Human Services, experience in case management, and excellent interpersonal skills.
