About the Team Anduril’s Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) Division is seeking a Program Manager to join our team. TRS has two missions: 1) build highly capable autonomous drones, and 2) build solid rocket motors at scale. We transform products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from early concepts into fully operational capabilities by partnering closely with specialist engineering, operations, and production teams. Through Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS), we design and manufacture solid rocket motors using advanced materials, proprietary formulations, and high-volume production methods—delivering safe, reliable propulsion systems that support a wide range of mission requirements. TRS hires software engineers and hardware engineers excited to build across a diverse portfolio—from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance solid rocket motors. Our teams solve hard problems facing our customers and work closely with specialist teams to achieve mission success. Responsibilities Program Management & Customer Leadership: Provide critical tactical support and operational oversight for strategic defense clients, driving adoption, expansion, and long-term success of Anduril's Launched Effects. Serve as a trusted advisor to deeply understand client requirements and translate them into impactful solutions. Strategic Client Engagement: Lead as the primary contact for key defense accounts focused on Launched Effects, building relationships with military leadership, program offices, and end-users; understand client mission objectives and operational environments to position Anduril products. Government Processes & Compliance: Navigate procurement processes, contracting mechanisms (e.g., DIU, SBIR, OTA), and funding cycles to ensure program execution and growth; ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Daily Client Operations & Support: Manage day-to-day communications, operational requests, and urgent support; track interactions and feedback in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) with detail; provide timely product updates and documentation. Solution Adoption & Growth: Drive adoption and integration of Launched Effects, identify expansion opportunities, and develop account plans, strategies, and proposals; conduct technical demonstrations and briefings to diverse audiences. Tactical Execution & Deliverables: Coordinate scheduling and logistics for demonstrations, training, and field support; monitor deployed products and coordinate with technical teams on issues; manage orders, renewals, and performance reporting. Internal Coordination & Problem Solving: Liaise between client teams and Anduril's engineering, product, and field support to relay requirements; troubleshoot issues and coordinate feature feedback. Performance & Reporting: Forecast key account metrics, provide leadership with status and opportunities, and manage negotiations for favorable long-term agreements. Domain Expertise & Market Intelligence: Maintain expert understanding of Launched Effects portfolio, industry trends, and threat landscapes; synthesize client feedback to influence product strategy. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and inventory; ensure security and regulatory compliance in all client activities. Required Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science), Business Administration, or related; 5+ years in program/project management, sales, or business development within defense, aerospace, or government contracting; experience with unmanned systems, autonomous platforms, AI/ML, or Launched Effects is highly desirable; active Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one; strong multi-tasking and attention to detail; proven track record with complex government contracts; prior military experience is a significant advantage. Skills & Competencies: Exceptional written/verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong strategic thinking and problem-solving; CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce); ability to coordinate logistics and resources; highly responsive, proactive, and client-focused; ability to negotiate and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; commitment to national security; willingness to travel up to 50%+. Salary & Benefits US Salary Range: $146,000 — $194,000 USD. The salary range is an estimate based on compensation factors; equity grants are included in many full-time offers.
