Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst 3 is responsible for taking the lead development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs on a global scale. This role is also primarily responsible for the management of internal and external job evaluations based on market data. Responsibilities Provides detailed analytical support for various compensation activities and programs Conducts statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing of pay programs (i.e., salary planning, merit increases, structure movements, salary range development, variable pay, and incentive programs) Lead the merit cycle process Participates in compensation surveys; on-going market pricing of positions in order to determine market competitiveness Leads the job description/evaluation process and procedure by benchmarking new or changed job functions to the market Participates in various compensation-related projects which involve revision, development, and/or re-design of existing compensation programs These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree 8+ years’ experience in Compensation CCP certification is a plus ADP Lyric experience Full knowledge of industry practices and complete understanding of compensation principles, concepts, and practices including compliance with state and federal laws Strong analytical & technical skills around survey data, ad-hoc reporting, compensation practices, policies and philosophies Good oral and written communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Time management/prioritization Inquisitive Ability to work independently Collaboration/relationship management Process improvement mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
