Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Schedule: Flexible 4-day or 5-day workweek | Optional Saturdays (as needed and approved)
Location: Bryan, TX
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). This role is ideal for a clinician seeking strong earning potential, professional growth, and a supportive team environment while delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
•Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation patients
•Develop individualized treatment plans
•Document patient care accurately using EMR systems (Prompt EMR)
•Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
•Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs
•Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic culture
Qualifications:
•Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) credential from an accredited program
•Active or eligible Texas PT or PTA license
•Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
•Open for New Graduates as well.
•Vestibular, balance, or fall prevention experience is a plus
•Team-oriented with a commitment to patient-centered care
