Senior Manager, Campaign Analysis

We're looking for a Paid Media Analytics & Reporting Lead to own reporting, insights, and analytics for large-scale digital media campaigns. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with marketing, media, BI, and leadership teams to translate complex data into clear recommendations, impactful presentations, and actionable business insights.Pay Rate Range - $55-60/HR on W2Responsibilities:Analyze paid media campaign performance and uncover actionable insightsDevelop campaign wrap-up reports, dashboards, and executive presentationsTrack performance against benchmarks and KPIs across global campaignsPartner with Marketing, BI, and Media teams to drive projects from concept through completionManage day-to-day reporting and identify opportunities to improve reporting processesQA campaign data and maintain reporting accuracyProvide recommendations on audience targeting, media mix, and budget allocationPresent findings and insights to stakeholders, including leadership teamsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree5+ years of digital media analytics, marketing analytics, ad tech, or media reporting experienceExperience working with brands, agencies, or media technology vendorsStrong understanding of digital media attribution and performance metrics (CPM, CPA, CTR, view rates, etc.)Experience with ad servers such as CM360Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (Kochava, AppsFlyer, or similar)Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe AnalyticsAdvanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and large data analysisExperience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Looker Studio (Data Studio), or similar toolsStrong presentation and storytelling skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentNice to HaveEntertainment, Streaming, or DTC industry experienceExperience with self-serve media platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok, and othersSQLIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
