Your work will directly support our education initiatives related to the electronic devices and software we manufacture. Typical Day Auditing training content and proposing a strategic learning path that students can progress through. Outlining and storyboarding a multi-day instructor-led training with subject matter experts. Creating interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise. Collaborating with video producers to create sophisticated animations. Reviewing learner feedback and evaluation data to find improvement opportunities. Partnering with managers to propose a tailored training solution that addresses specific customer needs. Exploring and sharing practical ways to integrate AI, microlearning, and emerging learning technologies. Qualifications A degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field. A portfolio showcasing sophisticated, effective learning content in a variety of delivery formats. More than 7 years of experience developing technical training for diverse audiences and instructors. A passion for learning complex topics and turning them into engaging experiences based on adult learning theories. A desire to be part of project teams that include creative collaborators as well as technical partners. Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay on track while meeting tight deadlines. Mastery of PowerPoint, Word, and Articulate tools; bonus if you know Adobe Creative Suite. Strong writing, communication, and project management skills. We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Lead Instructional Designer level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience.
