Overview UnityPoint Living Center West is Under New Management and is looking for a Fulltime RN/LPN that wants to make a difference in the lives of others. We have a New Wage Scale. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility with skilled, respite and hospice care as applicable. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure as required for the role.
