As an RN, you'll assess, plan, and manage patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that shares your commitment to quality.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments based on individual patient needs and provider ordersDevelop and continually update care plans to reflect evolving conditions and goalsDeliver skilled nursing interventions within the scope of practice and in accordance with physician directivesMaintain detailed and compliant documentation per all state, federal, and agency regulationsLead case conferences, promoting collaboration between caregivers and cliniciansProvide culturally sensitive education to patients and families regarding condition management and treatment plansAdvocate for patient dignity, preferences, and well-being at every step of the care journeyWhat You'll Need:Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)Active Registered Nurse license in MAValid CPR/BLS certificationReliable transportation & valid driver's license1+ year of experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health (within the last 2 years)Up-to-date health certificate & TB testClear understanding of HIPAA and strong commitment to confidentialityFluent in English (spoken & written)Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.Compensation:$45/visit $40/medication administration$100/admission visitBenefits:401(k) retirement plan HealthDental, and Vision InsuranceReferral Bonus ProgramCommunity Liaison (Patient Referral) ProgramSupportive team culture and ongoing growth opportunities
