Local CDL-A Driver - PTO accrues from day one

This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.

• $18 per hour
• Holiday pay: $300 per day

Activity-Based Bonus Components:

• Cent per mile rate: $0.95-$1.00
• Detention pay: $25-$30 per hour
• Drop/hook stop pay: $35-$40 per stop
• Live stop pay: $85-$90 per stop
• DCS Outsource Work: $300 per day
• JBI Local Outsource Work: $75 per load
• JBI Regional Outsource Work: $125-$300 per day
• Safety training: $20 per hour
• New hire training period: $250.00 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $65,000
• Daily home time
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
