Implement operational and merchandising direction that is communicated from corporate headquarters. Skills And Experience High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required. Excellent communication skills are required. Retail management experience is preferred. Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
