Lease Processing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Lease Processing Specialist to support our direct sales channel and authorized Independent Dealerships. In this role, you will play a critical part in processing lease transactions, evaluating risk guidelines, and ensuring seamless execution between dealers, end-users, and internal teams. Hourly Rate: $37.36 / hour Location: Burlington, NJ (Hybrid Schedule) Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of leasing or equipment finance experience preferred (entry-level candidates with business acumen are encouraged to apply).
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism across phone, group, and 1-on-1 settings.

Responsibilities

Lease & Transaction Processing

• Dissect & Validate Transactions: Review and analyze dealer lease transactions in compliance with CFS operational and risk guidelines.
• Binding Agreements: Issue Purchase Order (PO) Approvals and enter into binding agreements with dealers and equipment end-users within assigned authority limits.
• Contract & Data Accuracy: Validate pricing, MSRP requirements, and channel-specific lease documentation with a high standard of data entry precision.

Risk, Compliance & Financial Operations

• UCC Filings: Understand Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) processes, including when and how to process UCC-1 and UCC-3 filings.
• Financial Calculations: Apply an understanding of interest rates, yields, and money movement between leases to protect profitability and manage data revisions.
• Pipeline Management: Track signing authorities, perform verbal verifications, handle Delivery & Acceptance (D&A) requests, and manage active pipelines (PO Pends and Fund Pends).

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Dealer & Customer Support: Anticipate dealer and customer needs, delivering service that exceeds expectations while maintaining a drive to win business for CFS.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure smooth lease terminations and monetary adjustments.
