Description Early Head Start Teachers must be professionally prepared and qualified to work with very young children and their families in a culturally relevant manner. They must have knowledge of infant/toddler development and Head Start requirements. They must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Responsible for providing care for infants and toddlers, implement early childhood activities as directed and provide basic care as naps, diaper changing and feeding. Qualifications Have a strong desire to work with infants and toddlers and their families. Must have good communication skills to communicate with parents on a daily basis. Must be able to keep all information strictly confidential. Must have first aid and CPR certification.
