Role Description

The Head of Data and AI is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA. This role leads the firm's data and artificial intelligence strategy, building and managing systems that support investment decisions, asset management, and portfolio optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Define and own Longpoint's AI Strategy and firm-wide data architecture
• Build the technology stack alongside development partners
• Embed usage of analytics and AI across investment, xhyhwjd asset management, and property management workflows
• Set the standard for AI governance, data security, and responsible use
• Drive firm-wide adoption and represent the platform in fundraising initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven record shipping data and AI products
• Fluent in real estate or private markets
• Technical judgment to lead external builds
• Executive presence with institutional investors
