Senior FP&A Analyst for Multibillion AI Hardware ODM/OEM

About the Role The Senior FP&A Analyst is a strategic partner responsible for driving financial performance and supporting executive decision making. This role combines accounting and analytical expertise to interpret results, provide strategic foresight, and manage integrated planning and budgeting cycles. The analyst will focus on optimizing capital and resource use to plan for growth and evaluate investments within a high-volume manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting for assigned business units. Conduct variance analysis of actual results versus forecasts for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow (FCF) to drive accountability. Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, long-range planning, and capital expenditures. Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to improve performance. Synthesize data from various departments (Engineering, Operations, etc.) to determine root causes and create solutions. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in partnership with cross-functional teams. Prepare executive-ready presentations and reports for senior leadership. Standardize FP&A processes and tools to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or a similar finance function, preferably in manufacturing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), and BI tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and take initiative independently. ZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $87,375 and $128,150 per year. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
