As a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA), you will be a central figure in ophthalmic patient care, providing essential clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient clinic flow and exceptional patient experiences. Every day, you will perform critical patient work-ups, conduct diagnostic tests like visual acuity and tonometry, and skillfully assist with minor in-office procedures, educating patients on their eye care needs. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong clinical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills, all driven by a passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate ophthalmic care.
