About the Position

Global Refresh Solutions is looking for a reliable, hardworking Route Driver to service our vending machines, micro markets, and smart coolers.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and providing great service to customers. You will drive an established route, stock products, keep locations clean and organized, and make sure our customers' refreshment areas always look their best.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned daily route to customer locations
• Stock and replenish vending machines, micro markets, and smart coolers
• Load and unload snacks, beverages, fresh food, and other products
• Keep machines, coolers, shelves, and market areas clean, organized, and well stocked
• Rotate products and check expiration dates
• Remove expired or damaged products
• Merchandise products so markets and machines look attractive and professional
• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized
• Communicate customer requests or service issues to management
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Assist with vending and micro-market installations when needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work independently and manage an assigned route
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable loading and unloading cases and using a hand truck/dolly
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Previous vending, route delivery, food service, warehouse, merchandising, or delivery experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
