Family Planning Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary The Community Health Center of Buffalo, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is actively seeking an experienced Family Planning Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients at our modern facility. Minimum Qualifications Licensed NYS, board‑certified, Registered Professional Nurse Practitioner. Experience as a Family Planning Provider, including Long‑Acting Reversible Contraceptives. Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with eClinical Works is preferred.
