Job Summary:
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Inpatient position located in Kansas City, Missouri. This role involves providing speech therapy services within a Level 1 trauma and comprehensive stroke facility, supporting both acute care and inpatient rehabilitation units. The position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week, starting on 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Missouri state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, certified in speech therapy, with 0 or more years of experience, and must be able to assist with bedside swallow evaluations.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in acute care or rehab settings, proficiency with TIMS documentation system and Meditech electronic medical record.
• Additional Information: The role involves assisting in both acute and inpatient rehab caseloads, supporting a facility that serves a diverse population. Candidates should be flexible with schedule requirements, with a preference for those available to work rotating weekends but adaptable as needed.
