Se valora la experiencia previa, pero no es requisito, ya que ofrecemos entrenamiento en el trabajo. Reparar y reforzar paletas para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de seguridad y calidad. Colaborar con los miembros del equipo para optimizar el flujo de trabajo y la eficiencia. Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y organizado, cumpliendo con los protocolos de seguridad. Comunicarse eficazmente en inglés y español para facilitar el trabajo en equipo.
