Our services include clinical counseling, employee assistance counseling, organizational development consulting, staff augmentation services, workshops, training, and supervision. Position Summary We are seeking part‑time and full‑time therapists to work with children and adolescents (ages 5–17) in our private practice. The primary clinical need is for therapists who are passionate about serving youth; however, opportunities to include adult clients in one’s caseload exist. The ideal candidate should be available for in‑person sessions at our College Park, MD office, with some virtual availability as well. Responsibilities Provide counseling to children and adolescents Provide counseling to adults, families, and couples as needed Conduct assessments Complete clinical documentation Facilitate workshops for clients (optional) Correspond with clients on a regular basis Qualifications Clinical counseling experience Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults Experience conducting assessments Experience facilitating workshops – desired Licensure A current State of Maryland Clinical Counseling/Social Work license (LCPC or LCSW‑C) – required Preferred Experience A minimum of 3‑5 years of professional experience providing counseling services. Applicants who are panelled with Maryland Medicaid and CareFirst are highly desired.
