Begin your driving career from our Harrisonburg, VA location with a role designed for newly licensed CDL A drivers. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period based out of Harrisonburg, VA, learning day-to-day driving routines and preparing to transition into solo driving.
• Drive with an assigned mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning safe and efficient load management.
• Follow safe driving practices, perform required vehicle and cargo checks, and develop consistent professional habits for over-the-road operations.
• Gain practical experience with trip workflow, communication protocols, and on-road decision-making as you progress toward independent driving.
