About the Role: PrideStaff is partnering with a national logistics and warehouse company to find a dependable Warehouse Associate to join their team. This role focuses on manual material handling and order pulling in a fast-paced environment. You will operate an order picker and sit down forklift in this position. What you will do:

This role focuses on manual material handling and order pulling in a fast-paced environment. You will operate an order picker and sit down forklift in this position. What you will do:
- Accurately pull, package, and prepare customer orders for error-free shipment and delivery.
- Efficiently receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming bulk material and pipe inventory, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with both indoor warehouse and outdoor pipe yard teams to safely move and organize materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment, strictly adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.
- 3-5 years of warehouse order picking experience.
- Demonstrates strong employment longevity with stable career transitions (no employment gaps exceeding 3 months).
- Preferred background in full-cycle warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory control.
- Proven experience operating an Order Picker / Cherry Picker at heights up to 30 feet . Must be completely comfortable working at these elevations.
- Forklift Operator experience is a strong plus (but not required).
- Strong product knowledge, or a proven ability to quickly learn and memorize a vast catalog of industrial/pipe materials.
