Senior Manager, Campaign Delivery Germany (m/f/d)

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager for Campaign Delivery in Munich to oversee end-to-end campaign execution with focus on AI-enabled personalization. The role manages content creation coordination across internal teams and external agencies, ensuring on-time delivery and seamless cross-channel orchestration.

Responsibilities

Manage campaign delivery lifecycle from briefing through execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery
Serve as primary liaison between Brand, Production, and cross-functional teams for content planning and execution
Maintain visibility into content volume forecasts and flag capacity or timing concerns proactively
Own book of work delivery using Workfront, managing project plans and stakeholder communications
Review forecasts against actuals to manage team capacity and budget allocation

Requirements

4+ years marketing operations or production experience, preferably pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency with Figma, Claude, ChatGPT for daily operations and project planning
Experience managing offshore content production teams
Project and budget management expertise
Adobe Workfront and program management tools proficiency
Understanding of brand strategy, marketing planning, and omnichannel campaign design
Experience working in marketing organizations
