Patient Ratios: 3:1 and 4:1, occasionally 2:1 depending on acuity

Skill Set: Most recruited for (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role

Non stress tests, hyperemesis management, insulin drips, Magnesium administration, heparin drips
