Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Prior floor care or housekeeping experience preferred. Knowledge of floor care equipment (auto scrubbers, buffers) preferred. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety. Must be comfortable with a 6 a.m.- 2 p.m. schedule. This role supports the overall housekeeping department in maintaining a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The Housekeeper is expected to demonstrate the following competencies: Technical Skills: Proper use of equipment, tools, and cleaning chemicals. Infection Control: Adherence to hand hygiene, PPE use, and sanitation protocols. Safety Awareness: Consistent compliance with facility safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Time Management: Ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled work hours. Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments. Professionalism: Maintains appropriate appearance, behavior, and respectful interactions. Teamwork: Works collaboratively with housekeeping staff and other departments.
