About The Role The role owns day-to-day people operations and HR administration, ensuring smooth employee lifecycles from onboarding to offboarding. The People Operations Specialist will optimize internal workflows, maintain compliance across multiple states, and support the people team with data-driven HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage full-lifecycle HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records in HRIS platforms like BambooHR or Workday Administer benefits, payroll inputs, and leave-of-absence tracking while partnering with finance and external providers Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, maintaining accurate labor law postings and policy documentation Resolve employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll with high responsiveness and confidentiality Partner with the talent team to coordinate interview logistics and support internal communication channels Track people metrics and generate regular reports on headcount, turnover, and engagement survey results What We Are Looking For 2-4 years of experience in people operations, HR generalist, or talent administration roles within a technology environment Hands-on experience with modern HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems (e.g., Rippling, Gusto, Workday) Strong understanding of employment compliance, data privacy, and basic labor regulations Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Bonus: SHRM-CP or PHR certification; experience scaling remote work policies #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
