Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our Gynecologic Oncology Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in Gynecologic Oncology or related specialty.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• ONC Certification required.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Holiday Expectations

Must be available to work 2 major holidays out of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, as well as 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
