Job Title: MIG Welder

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Clover, SC
Pay: Starting at $20.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Clover, SC. This position is responsible for producing high-quality welds on steel components while maintaining safety, accuracy, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate has previous MIG welding experience, can read blueprints, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components according to specifications and work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure materials and verify dimensions using tape measures and other measuring tools
• Maintain welding equipment and report maintenance concerns as needed
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures
• Assist with additional fabrication and production duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to produce quality welds in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and work orders
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience
• Welding certification is a plus
