We hire residents nearing completion of their program, fellows, and experienced psychiatrists to partner with us in achieving that mission.

- Hybrid work schedule: the majority of our offices operate 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week telehealth. A four‑day work week is also possible.
- Evidence‑based measurement organization with outcomes consistent with 75% of patients experiencing clinically significant improvement within three months of treatment.
- Integrated care team with prescribers and therapists working collaboratively under one roof, supported by practice assistants and a full support team.
- Advanced treatment options such as TMS and Spravato available.

- Additional compensation for APP supervision.
- Continuing medical education: four days off and up to $4,000 reimbursement per year.

Requirements
- Active license in the state of Texas.
- Active DEA license and active controlled substance license in Texas.
- Board‑eligible or active board‑certified with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
- Open to seeing a variety of patient case types and broad age range.
