We are looking for a bioinformatics scientist for our xVantage Care team to directly interact with clients to help them succeed with our cloud platform and solutions, and to proactively foster client relationships. Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, BASH, R, Java, etc.)Strong knowledge and working experience with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS and AzureExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve customer-related issuesThrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentDedicated to providing outstanding customer serviceExperience in a customer-facing role is strongly preferredHands-on experience with handling and resolving complex technical issues Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (preferably, Salesforce) is strongly preferredHighly proficient in the use of office products such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google SlidesDesired SkillsBelow are the skills that are highly desirable, but are not required.
