Overview

Join a dynamic team at the Office of the Senior Vice President for Research and Economic Development! We're looking for motivated student professionals to play a key role in supporting our administrative operations and gaining valuable professional experience.

Responsibilities

Admit visitors/guests into suite
Greet and assist visitors/guests
Manage phone calls and walk-ins
Sort and distribute mail
Run errands on campus
Data entry (if needed)
Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Submit facilities work order requests for office
Assist with meetings; securing catering, room reservations, room setup, preparing name tags/tents, etc.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Enrolled student at Auburn University

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams and/or ZOOM
Excellent phone etiquette
Friendly and approachable
Great customer service skills
